Quality (SYS-005)

Migrated from the Notion Quality hub (2026-09-24). This folder is the living QA knowledge base behind the SYS-005 master spec; the Notion hub is a read-only archive (see MIGRATION.md).

Standing rules

• Class-bound: new Outlet of an existing config class = zero new tests (do not invent SKUs).
• No live Datacap / destructive runs without explicit approval.
• Prefer Colantonio-style evidence reports over pytest pass counts.
• Ask before GitHub writes from agents.
